Description

Summary
Environment Climate Change Canada’s Environmental Protection Branch’s- Industrial Sectors and Chemicals Directorate, would like to put in place a service contract to develop a Policy Lab for National Stakeholders Engagement on Supply Chain for Chemicals. The objectives of the current project are to

conceive of and then run a policy lab on new approaches for enhancing the availability of information on chemicals in supply chains for Canadian businesses and consumers, with a focus on digital data to support regulatory compliance, sustainability and informed consumer decision making. This will include consulting on mandatory labelling requirements of products available to consumers
make recommendations for implementing the solutions co-created with stakeholders for enhancing treansparency for chemincals in Canada,and
to provide an evaluation for the effectiveness of the policy lab and its use in furthering for chemichals transparency

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to June 30, 2022 inclusive.
The evaluation and selection methodology is highest rated within budget.
