Description

The contract to which the clauses and conditions of these special specifications apply is for demolition work in the "chemical-metallurgy" buildings at Val Benoît in Liège, mainly demolition and dismantling work, to a lesser extent, the repair of reinforced concrete structural slabs and, to a lesser extent, asbestos removal.All works, supplies, transport, labour, installation, means of execution, removal of rubble and other waste of any kind, services and miscellaneous subjection forming part of the contract shall be set out in this Special Conditions of Contract and measured, represented by plans and specifications in accordance with the instructions given during execution by the project author or his delegate, and included in all other contractual documents.The contract also includes the maintenance and protection of all existing and completed works until provisional acceptance and then, in accordance with CSCH's stipulations, until the expiry of the guarantee periods, including all supplies and labour.
