Process safety auditing provides significant value to industries that deal with hazardous materials, complex operations, and critical processes. The primary purpose of process safety auditing is to assess and improve the effectiveness of safety management systems, procedures, and practices within an organisation. Process safety audits typically involve a comprehensive review of safety documentation, interviews with personnel involved in safety management, and on-site inspections of facilities and equipment. The goal is to create a proactive safety culture, prevent incidents, protect the well-being of employees, and minimise the environmental and community impact of industrial operations.
The popular annual CIA/REACHReady event. Whilst focusing on the UK’s new chemicals legislation, UK REACH and the future of UK chemicals policy, with the EU chemicals strategy moving at pace, our former ‘REACH - Current Landscape and Emerging Issues’ event has been expanded and rebranded to also consider influence from EU regulatory and some international developments and product stewardship, drawing on the “Responsible Care” of chemical products. This is the "must attend" virtual event for anyone within regulatory affairs and/or product stewardship working in the chemical and downstream sectors. Particularly relevant to anyone complying with REACH (UK and/or EU), horizon-scanning for potential regulatory threats, opportunities and future developments.
This workshop will provide you with a better understanding of what’s essential to your REACH registration, helping you ensure you don’t end up paying for data you don’t need and helping you to understand how to define your substance and ensure your dossier is of sufficient quality to satisfy UK REACH Agency requirements. ***This workshop will be delivered via MS Teams and split over 2 half day sessions - am Wednesday 26th and am Thursday 27th June 2024***
