Emergency Incident Preparedness - Best Practice and Lessons Learned

What does best practice look like and what are the lessons that can be learned by adopting this approach.

This session is aimed at anyone involved in maintaining the resilience of the site in the event of an incident e.g. emergency arrangements, security, business continuity and environmental protection.

The aim will be to share examples of learning from the experience of preparing for and responding to different types of incidents.  We intend to explain what best practice is and what could it look like to assist delegates meet their requirements.
