This course is specifically designed for team leaders in the process industries, taking into account the unique demands of managing high hazard sites.  It introduces leadership theories, but also explores how leadership is actually demonstrated in the workplace by team leaders with practical tools and techniques that can be immediately applied upon returning to site in developing your team.
