Leadership for Managers

This course is specifically designed for managers in the process industries, taking into account the unique demands of managing high hazard sites, and will link in with leadership models and guidance as published by the Process Safety Leadership Group, and the OECD's Corporate Governance for Process Safety.  The course will introduce leadership theories, and will then explore how leadership is demonstrated in the workplace with practical tools and techniques that can be immediately applied upon returning to site.
