CIA and CNW members (manufacturers only) are being invited to a free breakfast seminar by new CIA Associate members Falck Fire Services in Daresbury on 27 June. The seminar will answer the questions What does best practice look like & the what are the lessons that can be learned by adopting this approach?


The session is aimed at anyone involved in maintaining the resilience of the site in the event of an incident e.g. emergency arrangements, security, health and safety, business continuity and environmental protection The aim will be to share examples of learning from the experience of preparing for and responding to different types of incidents. Provisional agenda and timings below - finalised version to follow shortly.

Main presentation - Short guide advice & help in best practice, experiences & lessons learned for the below topics – Dave Dowling

1: Dynamic Risk Assessment.
2: Rescue Arrangements.
3: ERP relationship with emergency services. 
4: Site incident controllers & main controllers support team. 

The presentation style & format will be very much good visual image content with bullet points on the above. There will also be a small element of audience participation & interaction during the presentation.
