CIA together with the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) has produced a briefing note aimed at supporting businesses across Europe in preparing for the potential effects Brexit may have on REACH compliance in the EU as well as on a future UK regulatory scheme. Whilst our priority remains for the UK and EU to reach a pragmatic outcome for Brexit, the document entitled “Brexit : Preparing for a future UK out of REACH scenario" provides advice to support overall business contingency planning in the event of a ‘no deal.’
