Booking with HotelMap

If you require accommodation, for convenience we have setup an event page with HotelMap (see below), an online hotel booking company.  Please feel free to browse and book the hotels listed below.  The Grosvenor House Hotel (the event venue) can also be booked using this method.

Please note that use of the HotelMap service is done so directly with HotelMap at the bookers own risk.  Chemical Industries Association has no involvement in the booking process.  Bedroom bookings may be subject to cancellation charges - please check the terms and conditions of your booking.

Booking Directly with the Hotel

If you would like to book accommodation at the Grosvenor House Hotel (the event venue) but would prefer to book directly with the hotel, you can do so by clicking here to visit their website.

To check availability, type in the dates you require and select 'Corporate/Promotional Code' from the 'Special Rates' drop down box.  Then enter EG4 in the box that appears.  If available, this will access the hotel's discounted event rate.
