Winsearch, the permanent recruitment division of PROMAN, is hosting the Chemical Leadership Forum 2027 in partnership with Chemicals Northwest.
The forum will take place on Tuesday 9 February 2027, at their head office in Think Park, Trafford Park, M17 1FQ.
The event is free to attend and brings together senior leaders, industry experts, and specialist partners from across the chemical manufacturing sector. It will focus on three of the biggest issues shaping the sector: Net Zero and decarbonisation strategies, AI and digital manufacturing, and the ongoing talent and skills shortage.
Chemical manufacturers are under growing pressure to cut emissions, adopt new technology and secure the people they need for the future, often all at once. These challenges affect far more than one department. Businesses across the sector are having to rethink how they plan, invest, and build their workforce, from operations and engineering to HR and senior leadership.
The programme will include featured speakers and a panel discussion with industry experts. They will share practical insight into what these changes mean in practice, and attendees will have the chance to ask questions and learn from people facing these issues first-hand.
Alongside the discussion, attendees can network with fellow industry leaders in the dedicated breakout area and share ideas and best practices over a complimentary lunch.
