One of the key aspects of turning data into insights and intelligence is having a hold on data quality and collection methodology. This is a very common issue in sustainability reporting, output is dependent on input and input relies on engaged data users and owners. Often seen as a technical issue, in reality the key is in engaging and obtaining buy-in from people.
