The person may not necessarily be in a senior position but will be recognised for their dedication to the industry, contribution outside ‘the day job’ and held in esteem by peers.
Martin England embodies the quiet strength that holds organisations together. Colleagues from across Victrex - Sustainbaility, Administration, IT and Engineering stores - came together to nominate Martin. For over a decade, his humility, kindness and tireless support have uplifted colleagues and shaped workplace culture. Though his impact is local, it is profound.
