Apply for funding to support research into sustainable production and utilisation of biomass.

This is an invite only funding opportunity.

Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) will support international research collaborations in biotechnological applications to improve the utilisation of biomass (Topic B). Applications must include UK teams and at least two eligible partners from at least two different member countries co-funders.

Participating research organisations will receive funding from their national agencies. Projects can cost up to £650.000 at 80% FEC (£812.500 FEC).

Project durations can range from 24 to 36 months.
