Alternative Transitional Registration model (ATRm): consultation response published

Defra has published the government response to the 2024 public consultation on an Alternative Transitional Registration model (ATRm) for UK REACH.

This summarises the evidence received by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) through the consultation and sets out a new streamlined approach to transitional REACH registration for chemical substances in Great Britain.
