What’s It About?

CIA’s Sustainable Health Metrics 2024 support sustainable operations through exploring both lagging and leading indicators to both determine the effectiveness of a site’s workplace health systems and drive continual improvement. Companies can also now trend map their data!

HSE statistics in 2022/2023 show that 1.8 million workers suffered work-related ill-health and 31.5m working days were lost. Stress, depression, or anxiety accounted for 49% and 17.1m lost working days, with musculoskeletal disorders nearly a quarter (resulting in 6.6 m working days lost).

With this continuing upward trend, benchmarking your workplace health systems has never been more important.

This workshop is open to Site Leaders, specialists and non-specialists in HR, Occupational Health and SHE disciplines.

There will be opportunities for interacting with guest speakers, networking with industry peers and sharing learnings and best practices.
