A qualified Chemical Engineer, Joel has spent the majority of his career with ExxonMobil across its major petrochemical operations. A series of engineering and technical roles in Sarnia and Baytown led to broader responsibilities in operations, commercial planning and site leadership, before moving to the company’s headquarters in Houston to support global operational functions. Joel was appointed Site Manager of ExxonMobil Fawley following this period in Houston, succeeding Nick Bone, who has moved into a global role with the company.
