Dr Dan Stewart

Daniel is the CEO and Co‑Founder of ViridiCO2, a carbon utilisation company whose catalyst technology converts waste CO₂ into high‑value chemical intermediates. Undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton led to a PhD under Professor Robert Raja, during which he discovered the ground‑breaking CO₂ utilisation methods that underpin ViridiCO₂’s platform, before securing an ICURe grant to spin the technology out into a commercial venture. Daniel has since led the development and growth of ViridiCO₂, advancing its mission to replace petrochemical feedstocks with waste CO₂.
